The Northampton County Education Foundation’s mission is to mobilize resources required to execute programs that promote student performance and excellence in teaching in our public schools. NCEF’s major goal is to build strong business and community partnerships, all for the betterment of our schools.
NCEF, a non-profit organization, has two vehicles to receive tax deductible contributions for the support of students, teachers, staff, and for the improvement of our facilities: a flow-through vehicle where contributions are earmarked for specific purposes; and an endowment from which the earnings can be used for grants, scholarships, and special needs.
All students, teachers and staff within the Northampton County Public School System are eligible for these types of grants and scholarships. The school system will also receive funding through NCEF for special projects; those that cannot be funded with normal funding sources.
